Jeffrey G. Morris

Executive chairman

Jeffrey G. Morris serves as our Executive Chairman. Mr. Morris has over 43 years of experience in the oil & gas industry and has led numerous companies for Bridas Energy since 1990. Prior to that, Mr. Morris was the Vice President of PCE Limited, a general contracting company performing US military construction contracts on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Mr. Morris began his career in the oil & gas industry as an sales & applications engineer with National Supply Company from 1977 to 1987. Mr. Morris holds a B.S. in Engineering Sales from Texas A&M University.

Travis Simmering

Chief Executive Officer

Travis Simmering joined AMP as the founding CEO in May 2023. Prior to joining AMP, Travis was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Dynamis Power Solutions, responsible for all sales, business development, and marketing activities. Mr. Simmering has experience in both the oil & gas and power industries. He served as the director of Strategic Accounts at ABB and for over ten years held various sales and leadership positions with General Electric. Mr. Simmering holds a Bachelors of Mechanical Polymer Engineering from the University of Akron and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Dave Bosco

Vice President – Business Development

Dave Bosco joined AMP as a founding member of the leadership team in May 2023. Prior to joining AMP, Dave was Director of Business Development for Dynamis Power Solutions. He has over eighteen years of Oil & Gas and Industrial experience. Dave was the Sr. Manager of Sales & Business Development -Global Oil & Gas Division for mtu Solutions, at Rolls-Royce Solutions for four years, focusing on release and market development of reciprocating natural gas generator sets and battery energy storage systems for electric hydraulic fracturing, drilling and industrial power generation applications. Prior to his career at mtu, Mr. Bosco held multiple leadership positions at Copeland International, Inc.

Kurt Watzek

Director of Operations & Asset Management

Kurt Watzek joined AMP as Director of Operations and Asset Management in July 2023. Prior to joining AMP, Kurt was Regional Vice President – Fleet, Treating & Station Services for USA Compression as well as held multiple leadership positions in the Gas Compression industry focusing on fleet management, finance and purchasing for over 16 years. Kurt has extensive experience in the oil & gas and gas compression service market. Kurt holds a Bachelor’s in Business from
Southwestern University.

Colleen Turley

Sr. Manager – Sales & Engineering

Colleen Turley is an accomplished professional with over a decade of expertise in the oil and gas and power generation industries. Ms. Turley currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Sales and Engineering at Accelerated Mobile Power on the Business Development team. Her responsibilities extended to front end engineering for AMP engineered power service solutions, and actively participating in sustainability panels to champion innovative initiatives. Prior to joining AMP, Colleen managed customer service and after sales for Dynamis Power Solutions, where she was instrumental in forming an after sales strategy for Turbine and Recip generator product lines. In addition, Colleen supported key account management with strategic customers where engineering support pre and post-sale was critical. Ms. Turley embarked on her career journey at Solar Turbines, where she made significant strides as a process lead, in both the engineering and business development departments. During her tenure, she skillfully managed engineering initiatives for turnkey EPC projects; her primary focus being midstream modular compression, balance of plant, turbine & compression packages and electric motor drives.

Justin Lippmann

Sr. Regional Manager Permian Basin

Justin Lippmann joined AMP as the Regional Manager of the Permian Basin in November 2023. He has over 10 years of oil and gas electrification experience in the areas of production, completions, and drilling. Prior to joining AMP, Justin worked as a gas turbine technician on the Caterpillar Solar series of engines before progressing into business development where he has been focused on the deployment of gas turbine generators for microgrid and electric fracturing operations. Justin has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and served as a Captain in the United States Army with the 173rd Airborne in Vicenza, Italy.
