Jeffrey G. Morris

Executive chairman

Jeffrey G. Morris serves as our Executive Chairman. Mr. Morris has over 43 years of experience in the oil & gas industry and has led numerous companies for Bridas Energy since 1990. Prior to that, Mr. Morris was the Vice President of PCE Limited, a general contracting company performing US military construction contracts on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Mr. Morris began his career in the oil & gas industry as an sales & applications engineer with National Supply Company from 1977 to 1987. Mr. Morris holds a B.S. in Engineering Sales from Texas A&M University.

Matthew Crawford

Chief Executive Officer

Matthew Crawford serves as our Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Crawford has over 20 years experience in Rotating Equipment and Turbomachinery, operations, sales and engineering. Mr. Crawford served as Vice President of Sales for Baker Hughes a GE company. Prior to that, Mr. Crawford served in numerous positions within General Electric including Energy Services, Industrial Solutions and GE Motors. Mr. Crawford holds a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a MBA from Spring Arbor University.

Seth Robert

Vice President of Operations

Seth Robert serves as our Vice President of Operations. Mr. Robert brings over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a proven track record in leadership and operations. He spent 14 years at Canrig Drilling Technology, advancing from Field Service Representative to Director of Operations. He then served as Director of Field Service for North and South America at Elliott Group for 5 years. Mr. Robert is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, who proudly served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Passionate about building high-performance teams, enhancing safety culture, and delivering a world-class customer experience, Seth is dedicated to driving excellence in every aspect of his work. Mr. Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in aviation management from Southern Illinois University, along with an MBA and a master’s in project management from DeVry University.

Colleen Turley

Director of Commercial Operations

Colleen Turley is an accomplished professional with over a decade of expertise in the oil and gas and power generation industries. Ms. Turley currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Sales and Engineering at Accelerated Mobile Power on the Business Development team. Her responsibilities extended to front end engineering for AMP engineered power service solutions, and actively participating in sustainability panels to champion innovative initiatives. Prior to joining AMP, Colleen managed customer service and after sales for Dynamis Power Solutions, where she was instrumental in forming an after sales strategy for Turbine and Recip generator product lines. In addition, Colleen supported key account management with strategic customers where engineering support pre and post-sale was critical. Ms. Turley embarked on her career journey at Solar Turbines, where she made significant strides as a process lead, in both the engineering and business development departments. During her tenure, she skillfully managed engineering initiatives for turnkey EPC projects; her primary focus being midstream modular compression, balance of plant, turbine & compression packages and electric motor drives.

Justin Lippmann

Director of Business Development

Justin Lippmann joined AMP as the Regional Manager of the Permian Basin in November 2023. He has over 10 years of oil and gas electrification experience in the areas of production, completions, and drilling. Prior to joining AMP, Justin worked as a gas turbine technician on the Caterpillar Solar series of engines before progressing into business development where he has been focused on the deployment of gas turbine generators for microgrid and electric fracturing operations. Justin has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma and served as a Captain in the United States Army with the 173rd Airborne in Vicenza, Italy.
